iSand Cobots by Flex Trim are versatile sanding solutions which can be integrated and mounted on any kind of cobot or robot. The iSand Cobot solution includes hardware, and in most cases software. iSand Cobot comes with both a pneumatic solution and an electrical version.

The iSand Cobots are separate tools, so it works together with any cobot, and are individually controlled. The iSand Cobot can be mounted with both a traditional sanding drum and a sanding disc, depending on the application.

If you are working with the SnapLock version, the cobot or robot can be programmed to change automatically from one sanding solution to another. Together with Flex Trim’s sanding system you can work on all surfaces such as composite, metal, plastic, wood etc.

By using a swap-out routine, you will even be able to get your sanding certified. Both iSand Cobots are end of arm tools which will make sanding faster, more flexible, and less expensive.

The sanding brushes adapt to all surfaces no matter if it is a curved and profiled surface, or if it is a flat item. Low RPM means longer lifetime of the sanding tools.
